 * Here is the problem. Folks must complete a form which includes information, before
   the order can be processed.
 * example, client wants to buy an ssl cert and have us install.
 * It should work like this.. The order must be forced into a pending status, even
   if paid, until the credentials to access the site are received.
 * The best way to do this, force the data entry a form on the site, is on or after
   they place the order.
 * The client may need a day or so to gather the information and should get a reminder
   2X per day of the outstanding info requirement until such info is submitted.
 * can your plugin do this?
