Virtual manage subscriptions page not working

Hi. I am having issues with the manage your subscription as well. I am using the virtual page option. If someone suscribes without comment it works fine. The problem is though if they want to unsubscribe. It seems when the click the magae your subscription but to. There is a 404 error stating the page does not exist. I am running the 141103 version of subscribe to comment reloaded. Any helps is greatly appreciated.
