    Hello, im attempting to manually install WordPress onto my hosts server and im running in to some problems. I followed the steps of the wordpress installation guide however the error message "Virtual Host Not Found On This Server" when visiting the /wp-admin/install.php as instructed to finish the installation of wordpress.

    When I view the code editor for the install.php file it shows this at the top, before the rest of the installation file;

    // Sanity check.
    if ( false ) {
    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
    	<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
    	<title>Error: PHP is not running</title>
    <body class="wp-core-ui">
    	<h1 id="logo"><a href="https://wordpress.org/">WordPress</a></h1>
    	<h2>Error: PHP is not running</h2>
    	<p>WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.</p>

    Im pretty much a newb when it comes to this. If someone could help me do some troubleshooting it would be much appreciated. Just remember im inexperienced when it comes to anything to do with code or the hosting so please describe things in non technical - easy to understand terms.

    Thank you.

    I think you need to contact your hosts about this.
