• It always shows a pop up inside admin dashboard. Close button does not work. I am considering to report this plugin.

    Hi @tien-nguyen,

    Just following up.

We’ve retested this in multiple environments, including the latest WordPress version, and still haven’t been able to reproduce a popup appearing in the admin dashboard or a non-working close button.

We genuinely want to resolve this, but without details about your setup, it’s difficult to identify the cause. If you can share the following, we can investigate immediately:

    • WordPress version
    • PHP version
    • List of active plugins
    • Any caching or admin UI modification tools in use

You can reply here or reach out through our support form – whichever is easiest.

We take reports like this seriously and are committed to ensuring the plugin works correctly in the admin area and remains compliant with WordPress guidelines.

We’ll be ready to assist as soon as we have a bit more information.

This one. Cannot close. It’s just stay there forever. Close button does not work.

    Hi @tien-nguyen,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot – it helps clarify what you’re seeing.

We understand the issue you’re referring to. The popup itself uses the standard WordPress admin notice behavior and normally closes when the button is clicked. We’ve retested this in several environments (including the latest WordPress versions), and the notice closes correctly on our side.

Because of this, it looks like something specific in your environment may be preventing the close action from working – for example a plugin conflict, admin-side script modification, or caching affecting the dashboard.

To properly investigate and identify the exact cause, please reach out to us through our support form on our website. That way we can look into the details of your setup and work with you directly to resolve it.

We’re happy to help and will do our best to get this sorted as quickly as possible.

Just a quick update – we’ve released a new plugin update and included several fixes.

While reviewing this, we also found the issue that could cause the tour popup not to close properly in the admin area, and this has now been addressed in the latest version. Please update the plugin and check if everything works correctly on your side now.

If you have a moment to test it, we’d really appreciate your feedback.

Also, if the update resolves the issue for you and you feel the plugin is working as expected now, we’d be very grateful if you’d consider updating your review. Our team genuinely puts a lot of effort into maintaining and improving the plugin, and feedback like yours helps us continue supporting it.

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention and helping us improve the plugin.
