[ Vantage ] how to remove line under links

Hi,

I am using vantage premium and i want to get rid of underlines when clicking a link.

this custom CSS worked few days ago but stopped working! am I missing something?

a:active { text-decoration: none; color : #4779ac; border: 0px; -moz-outline-style: none;}
