The only other lightbox I have installed is a photo lightbox. I have
youtube links that are working fine, but the vimeo links will not work.
The shortcode I used is

Hi the shortcode looks okay to me. Can you share a URL with a vimeo video? I can’t find any vimeo videos in the URL you provided above.
I don’t have on on the live page right now because it doesn’t work.
Can you create a new test post or test page. Add the shortcode with a vimeo video. Share it here.

However, I get the following error message using that short code

Are you pasting the code through the visual or the text editor?
It’s in the table press plugin so there is no visual/text editor. There is only one way to do it. As I mentioned before, youtube links are working fine, just not the vimeo links.
Okay can you add the shortcode without using table press plugin in a new page or post. See if that works?
No, it still does not work. I deleted the table and added the shortcode on that same page and it still just pops up with a spinning wheel.
Does that vimeo video work? Can you test a different vimeo video?
@gypsiecrazy, You have anther lightbox plugin installed. Can you please temporarily deactivate that plugin to see how it goes?
I have noticed that this plugin is dynamically changing the vimeo link. This is how the default link should look like:

But on your site it’s rendering as,
