Vimeo Plugin activation causes all woocommerce product images to disappear

    Only when the Vimeo plugin is activated, the regular woocommerce product images disappear. When clicked on the images are there and can be seen but on first landing on a product page it appears that there are no images.

    Thanks for flagging this issue. This appears to be related to incompatibility with one the more recent versions of Avada theme and we will look to support this in a future release.

    I have the same issue on a website built with WP Baker and Vigor theme.

    For your information, I happened to discover that having this plugin installed (free version) solved the problem for me WooCommerce Product Video Gallery

    Yes, have same issue with woodmart theme, will cause all product images disappeared, please fix this.

    Hello,

    Our latest release has resolved the theme incompatibility issue with the Avada theme. Now, you can use the Vimeo Plugin with the Avada theme and expect to see the expected gallery functionality along with the Vimeo video functionality in the Woocommerce product carousels. Note, this issue was resolved specifically for the Avada theme, other themes that alter Woocommerce’s default gallery functionality may still have conflicts and issues.
