Vimeo featured video playlist

Hi,

I want to achieve the following and I am wondering if there are already any plugins that accomplish this:

On the homepage I want to have a “featured” section that shows the last 3 posts I have uploaded to my “videos” category in a playlist-like view and then I want the most recent post to display next to it (which is really just a vimeo playlist embedded into a post).

I have embedded vimeo videos in my posts and when someone clicks on one of the posts on the playlist I want the post to open to the right of the playlist then using vimeo I would just make the video auto-play.

I want to do it this way because I want to have control over what videos are displayed. I don’t want my entire channel to display as I want to pick and choose what videos to display on my blog from my vimeo account.
