# Vimeo embed code has stopped working

* I have had a WordPress site for about a year, and embeds have always worked very
simply – by copying and pasting the URL of the video. Suddenly this has stopped
working. The page will just display the URL code and not the video embed. I have
tried all the suggestions on the Forums, such as using the HTML tab instead of
the visual, but haven’t been able to find a solution. It is getting rather frustrating,
I would be very grateful for any help!

* I’m having trouble getting videos to show up on my posts, all of a sudden.
Below
is an embed code from msnbc news post I’m trying to get to show up right now.
I’ve tried using Press This, embedding directly from the site, copying embed
code & pasting into HTML and View. I get an image with a little ‘f’ in the center
in editing (as before when videos posted fine), however once posted, the image
disappears and no video. Any advice?
