Views in the GA4 “Pages and Screens”

    Hi,

    I don’t know where my thread went where you told me to register on your website and report the problem there. I did. Now, after recovering my password, logging in to your website doesn’t work, so I don’t want to waste time again, so I’m posting the query again.

    For several months, I’ve been trying to figure out why Google Analytics 4 isn’t recording the “Pages and Screens” report. Real-time traffic is visible on the website, but there’s no information about Views in both the “Real-time” and “Pages and Screens” tabs. I’ve exhausted all the possible solutions I know of to this problem.

    I won’t fight with your support forum; I’ve already posted a thread there, but I can’t log in, and the password reset doesn’t work. I don’t have time for this.

    I’ve been trying to implement GPDR for a client for several months (with your plugin, it’s unsuccessful). I appreciate the change to unify the buttons, but “Views” aren’t being reported in Google Analytics. I assume the DIVI plugin or its theme is to blame. I don’t know, other websites that don’t have DIVI work fine.

    Response from DIVI support:

    At that point, Divi has done its part, as what happens afterward is outside of Divi’s control. The next step depends on how the third-party service accesses your website and reads the scripts. Since WordPress is outputting the scripts correctly, if they aren’t being detected, the issue is most likely with how the third-party reader is parsing or retrieving them.
    I am afraid there’s not much we ca do from our side here, since this is not related to Divi. For this project, I suggest reaching out to a freelancer for some personalized 1-on-1 sessions. They can take the time to review your entire setup and troubleshoot the problem further.
