Viewing themes on different screens

Hi – how can I ensure that my website/theme is consistently viewed on various sized screens? Right now, it looks different on 14″ vs 17″ and above. The menus and images move around, and it’s not as ‘clean’ as the original site that I created. Any suggestions would be helpful. Website is http://www.keepitrealestate.ca
