Viewing/editing a downloadable product

    When a downloadable product is created and sent for revision, neither the user nor the admin can access the file to view it. When entering to editing page, the link correctly takes to the address where te product is, but it shows the following error “Forbidden You don’t have permission to access this resource”. Could you help me on this?
