    HI,

    I need some help with right configuration of your plugin.
    There after correct set up followed up by your FB Pixel: The Definitive Guide Facebook Piel Helper for Chrome shows alert in reference to ViewContent parametr. Is says:

    Retargeting ads can’t run for 1 out of 1 product views on this page, because the products people have viewed are missing from your catalogs.

    I research some info and there was quite important to compare ID parameters. There are actually the same in the pixel and product feed, so that’s quite weird.. But I also found this topic FACEBOOK FOR WOCOMMERCE where somebody matched issue with incorrect content_type as product_group instead product. It is possible to got problems matched with this Facebook issue?

    We think this is related to a known issue that is still under investigation. It usually affect variable products.

    Hello again,

    We have recently release a new Pixel Cat update that should resolve all issues with WooCommerce product IDs not matching. It even has massive improvements to how we work with variable products.

    Try it out, and let us know if your issue persists.
