 * It’s should show the theme by default. Only visitors should see the coming soon
   page. If you don’t see your site when logged in this means there is a misconfiguration
   in WordPress.

 * I’m not sure I understand, you can view your site by clicking “View Site” in 
   WordPress and view the Coming Soon Page by clicking “Live Preview” See this:
