    On the events page list view, the back button and “Today” button seem to work properly, but clicking the month dropdown to open the calendar does not work, nor does the view selector icon.

    I have tried disabling my plugins, but this didn’t help. Can you provide any insight on why we might be having this issue? Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you try activating only our plugins and use a 2020 theme, and check if that makes a difference? I suggest conducting these tests on a Staging Server.

    If that doesn’t help, could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.

    • WordPress
    • The Events Calendar
    • Theme

    Hi,

    I switched to the 2021 theme and it does work properly. In this case our current custom theme was built by previous developers, are you able to provide any information on what in our theme might be causing this issue?

    Hi @versadeveloper, thanks for confirming and testing it out. We do not fully support customization, although I can’t pinpoint it — seems like a conflict with the JS libraries used on your custom theme.
