 * Hi,
    I am using the plugin User Frontend in the free version and I wonder if 
   it is possible only logged people perform posting on the site, but people are
   not logged can view and comment.

 * Navigate to wp-admin > User Frontend > Forms > Edit a Form > Post Settings. Now,
   uncheck the ‘Guest Post’ option which will not allow the users to post without
   logged in.
 * However, the restriction for viewing posts for the guest users or users who logged
   depends on the theme functionality.
