    Hi Hide wp,

    I’m having trouble setting for upload photo and icon not displaying?

    1 – After uploaded photo into the room, it should open like a lightbox style in the chatroom to show photo(s), instead, it opened it’s OWN window tab?

    2 – Also, it should be a happy face icon button on the tool menu to click on it for a tiny popup window to show happy faces. instead, it just a square box?

    Can you help me which setting to fix these two issues?

    Hi,
    Can you check your browser console for any JavaScript errors?
    Did you tried to clear the site cache?

    Hi,

    If I have programming skills, It’s already fixed. It’s in the setting area need to check or uncheck?

    Ya, I cleared everything as always. cache manager, pc, admin side, the words…

    Btw, I refresh the main window, the photo opened on the same window (not it’s own tab/window). ya right, it shouldn’t have to refresh….

    Hi,
    This should be caused by a JavaScript error on the website. I still need to know if you see any of such errors on your browser console?
    Try to disable the plugin options one by one, to figure out which is the exact setting that might interfere. Also might be worth disabling other plugins to exclude a possible conflict.
