View list of active gift cards?

    Great plugin! However, there appears to be no way of viewing a list of all active Gift Cards and their current balance. Seems like an important and very useful feature. Am I missing it perhaps? Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks!

    You can view the active gift cards by taking the following steps:

    1. Log into your WordPress admin area.
    2. Click on Pimwick Plugins -> PW Gift Cards
    3. Leave the search field blank and click the “Search” button.
