# View events categories

 * I have integrated the shortcode events into my homepage. The link to the individual
   events works well.

 * Which settings are wrong for me?
    I use the free plugin

 * When you say “the shortcode events” what exactly do you mean? Is it a third party
   plugin that you are integrating or a custom development?
    Please note that our
   shortcodes are available only on the PRO plugin, thereofre you will not be able
   to use them.
 * The category archive page should ddisplay all events that belong to a particular
   category. Are you sure there are events with that categorya assigned?
