View count is occasionally stuck

Yes, dear Maxime, we still have the issue.

Sometimes it’s like the counter gets ‘stuck.’
As a matter of fact, right now, all posts show 0 views 🙁

An example of a post that had around 500 views:
http://angiesdiary.com/interviews/douglas-williams/

You can see, at the bottom of the post, that there was quite some social sharing of the article, so 0 views is simply not possible.

Please advise, because I would love to keep on working with your script.

I followed your suggestions to the letter, and hope this will fix the issue. The caching time is set to one hour, so I imagine we have to wait to see if it works?
