 * i like to know how i can view only one category post from admin panel before 
   i publish which i did draft?

 * from the front end we able to see each category under that category belong post
   same way i want to see in the admin i find in the admin ->manage->post all the
   catergory post are mixed i want to see individual category post from the admin
   section

 * It’s going to take a plugin to let you browse by category in the Manage Posts
   section. This should do the trick:
