    Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Hi there it as Table rate shipping that is causing the issue, when i de-activate it i have no shipping options, but i can visit the cart area. My online store is currently dysfunctional. This Table rate shipping is a WooCommerce add-on. Please can a member of support help me fix it.

    If the issue is being caused by an official WooCommerce.com plugin and you have an active license, then you can log in to your account and go to Support > Help Desk or click here to create a support ticket. This will go to the support staff who can take a closer look at your site to help find the problem.

    That’s the problem i dont have an active licence any-more. This should not stop me from getting help. What are my options?

    Actually, that is the purpose of a license. It enables you to get official support from the plugin creators.

    If your license is expired, that also probably means your extension is out of date. WooCommerce 2.6 made some pretty big changes to shipping, and Table Rate had a big update for it. Are you using version 3.0.1 of Table Rate Shipping: http://dzv365zjfbd8v.cloudfront.net/changelogs/woocommerce-table-rate-shipping/changelog.txt ?
