View and Export Ticket Names

    This is a question about the Events Manager plugin (Events Manager Pro Version 2.4.4.2 by NetWebLogic)

    I’d like to be able to view and export the exact tickets registrants have selected. Is there a way to do this or a kludge I could implement? Perhaps I didn’t set up my event correctly, but I have different tickets for different housing options for a conference, and need to be able to export to count the different housing selections made.

    Hi Bob,

    Have you tried using either of these two options on the Events > Bookings export CSV popup?

    Split bookings by ticket type

    Split bookings by attendee

    Ok – that helps! I need to check “Split bookings by ticket type”. Once that happens, fields for Ticket Description and Ticket Name appear, and then I can drag those into the list of fields to be exported, and the export file has everything I need in it.

    It took some tinkering, because at first I didn’t notice the appearance of the new fields, and just checking the box to split without re-arranging the fields has no effect on the csv file.

    Is there any way to have this display on the bookings page as well? It’d be super helpful.
