View a Flash Animation in Fullscreen

Hi guys, I’m new to this whole website thing and am trying some things out.
I would like to have a button to view some of my flash/html5 videos or games in fullscreen.

I just don’t know where to begin, I think that I need a new page with only the swf/html5 file in it.
