View a backup without reinstalling it

I recently upgraded my hosting with Siteground. I didn’t realise I needed to change the IP address for the website so only did that 18 hours later. This resulted in all the orders between the two times being lost from the website.
I have a full backup stored that covers half the time, and database backups every 2hrs. Is there any way of viewing the information on these to see if I can find the order details?
