Hello, is it possible to let the video slides on desktop autoplay and on mobile devices no autoplay?

An then to show the videothumbnail with the playbutton on mobile devies?

I think you could create two sliders, one for desktop, one for mobile, then use the following plugin to display them accordingly: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wonderplugin-conditional-display/
