    AAM seems to be preventing videos playing on iOS devices.
    I’ve traced down the problem to this line in the .htaccess:

    RewriteRule . /index.php?aam-media=1 [L]

    If I remove this line, everything works. If I keep it, videos don’t load up on either Mac Safari or iPhones.

    Have you had similar issues? I’m using the Salient theme.

    thank you

    hi piede828,

    can we have the URL of the page with the video that is not playing on MAC Safari so we can test it.

    Cheers!

    @piede828,

    It is quite possible that Mac Safari does not recognize HTTP headers that are sent back to browser. I’m assuming you are managing access to a video file. In this case please let us know what is the video extension or where can we download it to run some test.

    Regards,
    Vasyl
