Yes S3Bubble supports multiple streaming files.
Interesting you mentioned the Radio station we will be releasing a plugin within the next two weeks to allow you to build your very own radio station through S3Bubble where you pick you playlists/buckets and then embed on your page for constant streaming.

Perhaps there is some confusion of terms here, because what this plugin offers isn’t live streaming, it seems, but to post videos and audios for asynchronous streaming.
Why do we need a plugin to do that when we already have Youtube and Soundcloud?
If this plugin is able to offer live audio or video streaming, maybe the developers can get online here and promote that aspect of the plugin.

We are currently re building our service we will be offering RTMP streaming we did have this setup but we are re structuring our setup to offer a fully powered theme powered via S3Bubble and Amazon S3.

The main advantage of S3Bubble is cost, streaming video and hosting video on a server can cost a fortune where using S3Bubble streaming from Amazon S3 reduces the costs significantly, and also the ability to customize your video and audio players. You can also add personal video adverts with our advert plugin and are hoping to open our api to give devs the options to build their very own Amazon S3 powered apps.
The future of S3Bubble is to offer a fully powered theme for users who want to sell their digital content without the costs, we are working hard to reach this goal, there is only a few of us currently so we do the best we can at the moment as a small startup.
We are also looking to more functionality with the S3Bubble mobile app in conjunction with WordPress to offer video blogging.
