I’ve tried recreating the issue, as you’ll see in this video, but notice that on my end the problem does not occur.
If possible, please create a video showing how the process occurs on your site as it may shed some light on the matter.
In addition, try deactivating all plugins aside from Elementor and switch to a basic WP theme like ‘Twenty Twenty’ (better to back up your site prior to doing this).
If the issue is resolved, you can turn it all back on one by one until the contributing plugin/theme is found.

Mute inside the lightbox is not working for self-hosted video type.
