Video Upload

I can’t upload videos. The video is 26MB. When I go to upload, an error appears saying that the file is too big and that the php-ini is 1000M.

I’ve checked with the host and the php-ini is set at a Gigabyte. I was able to upload the video to my host’s file manager…but can’t get it to take in Word Press.

WHY????

I’ve also looked in the forum and there were over 300 video related problems and I didn’t find any that had been resolved. Please tell me that Word Press takes problems that its users experience seriously.
