    Hello Team,

I wanted to express my appreciation for your plugin, which I find really impressive. However, I’ve encountered a minor problem regarding the display of thumbnails on Safari and iOS devices. It seems that the issue might be related to the conversion of thumbnails into base64 code. I have attached a screenshot that illustrates this problem. https://prnt.sc/mx6x1gNmz6FB

I have already made attempts to find a solution for this issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t been successful so far. I am also aware that one potential workaround would be to directly upload the thumbnails when adding the video link. However, this option is not feasible for me since we have already set up 100 products, and redoing all of them would be quite burdensome.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

    Best regards

    Hello,
Normally during the page load default placeholder image is called. After page load the javascript code creates a thumbnail from the video and it replaces the URL of the placeholder image to video thumbnail.

Sometimes video is not loaded due to large size or low internet speed so the script is unable to generate the video thumbnail.

Please try using compress your video and check the video thumbnail is generated or not.

The custom thumbnail option is provided for this issue resolution.

    Thank You.
