Video thumbnails don´t show up

    Hey s10,

    Are you able to send me your System Info from the plugin so that I can take a look? You can find your System Info under the ‘Support’ tab which is on the plugin’s ‘Settings’ page. If you don’t want to post it here publicly then you can send it using the Support form here, and just include a link to this thread so that we know what it’s in reference too.
