Video thumbnail grabbed but Featured image not updated

    Hello

    I have a blog
    q8fun.co
    only my mobile theme use featured image
    recently I got problem when I add a video link to youtube the video thumbnail in the backend is updated when I publish the post but the feature image is not
    I have to edit the post after that and reset the video thumbnail for this to work

    I have checked the debugging
    Test video providers => passed
    Test Markup => passed
    Test saving to media lib. => passed

    Installation info:
    WordPress Version 4.4.1
    Video Thumbnails Version 2.12.1
    Video Thumbnails Settings Version 2.12.1
    PHP Version 5.4.28
    Post Thumbnails ✔ Your theme supports post thumbnails.
    Video Providers 21: YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Vine, Blip, Dailymotion, Metacafe, VK, Funny or Die, MPORA, Wistia, Youku, Tudou, CollegeHumor, Rutube, SAPO, TED, Twitch, Google Drive, Yahoo Screen, Livestream
