I run an online store for a music store and use your plugin (custom tabs for WooCommerce). Unfortunately, it no longer works since a theme change. The support of the theme told me to contact you. Can you help me?

The problem is that on each product page the tab “video” is displayed, but no video appears. However, a video is stored and it also worked with the old theme.
