Video Stream Live, Recorded, & So On.

Not sure what category this falls under Support. If wrong area can admin place it in right area. Anyways, I am looking for a good plugin that will allow me to stream live video and or audio, folks can keep up with it streaming facebook, twitter, and so on or chat area aswell. I need good but cheap plugin. Any ideas would be appreciated. One of my models wants to do this on her site when I build it here soon. So figure I would ask before I begin work on her site.
