Video Slider w/ Thumbnails

I’ve been searching for days on information and plugins on this topic, and any help is much appreciated.

In short, I’m looking for EXACTLY what the Video Slider does here: http://rhettandlink.com/

They use WordPress, too, but I’m sure have their own custom player with their custom theme.

I need a slider that does the following:
-YouTube video capable
-Thumbnails capable (custom or loaded from YT, doesn’t matter)
-Capable of playing IN the slider (I hate lightboxes)
-Auto-slides the content thumbnails, stops when playing
-*Image Capable (not needed, but it would be great for the future)

I would LIKE the following:
-A player capable of listing video info (whether from YouTube or custom, doesn’t matter) to the side or below

I’ve seen a lot of Premium plugins that do most of the above, but vary in prices, and I’m afraid of purchasing when it might not work with the next update of WP.
