Can you please watch all the videos that work?
And if you added an mp4 video, have you added an image or not?. YouTube and Vimeo automatically create an image and you need to add an image for mp4 video only.
A lot of the problems that the slider always loads goes with this. Please check and tell us.
Can you give us a link where the slide is and we may see the problem?
