Video showing up at behind navbar

Hello, First of all I want to point out that I’m having to use 3.0 because the latest version of video gall does not do a shadow box on my website. Every time I tried to do the update it doesn’t work properly so I had to go back to an older version to use the plug-in.

The issue I am having is that when you click on a video the shadow box comes up but part of it is behind the navigation bar. Could you please direct me on how I could fix this?

By the way I prefer to use the latest version but the shadow box will pop up in the numbered pages on the bottom to go to the next group of videos does not work.
