Video showing in FF but not IE

I have two videos on my home page http://www.truthlighthouse.com. The one that is posted in the articles section of the center column appears to show up in FF, Safari iPhone browser, and IE. However the one in the lower right column does not show up in IE and essentially tells me it is trying to load the page although it is completed. In fact, when I view the page in Safari (but full page view), it shows the flash icon as though it is not installed. The other video however shows the youtube screenshot and when I click it, it lauches the mobile iPhone youtube video player to watch it. I want the same to occur with the video in the lower right. If it helps, the video in the center column is just attached to a post and the excerpt function is removed so that I can show content. The video in the lower right was part of the original theme and I set it up like a post but it is hard coded in the theme itself. I am not sure how to fix it to be like the other either. I know virtually no PHP so it is really a hit or miss with me.
