Video record on site and upload to Youtube

Is there any simple plugin capable to record a video right on the wordpress page and after that send this video to Youtube?
I need this in a project involving video recording of persons who make statements in front of the webcam or mobile phone.
I do not need plug-ins involving other parties in hosting the videos recorded on my website. I want them to be stored in my Youtube account.
