Video plugins that work across major platforms?

I’ve recently developed a site in WP 3.0.4. I host it myself (not on the wordpress site), and I have video content for subscribers. After about a week of research, I found 2 plugins that work (separately, and together without conflict); one that displays video for all current browsers (tested in Chrome Safari Firefox and Opera), and the other for mobile devices (uses M4V and other formats). The plugins work on all browsers listed above and on the iPhone and iPad, but a friend with a Blackberry said she wasn’t able to see either of the video formats. Is it that neither Flash video nor M4V are compatible with Blackberry? I don’t know anything about BBs, so not sure whether I need to change the video format, or if it’s that BB is on an entirely different wave-length.

I’d rather not save each video into 3 different formats if possible. Does anyone know of A) a catch-all video plugin that works in all browsers and devices, or B) what format I need to save too (if any) that both iPhone/iPad and BlackBerry will read?
