Video plugin not working

Hi,
I have a WP multi-site set up, with a second site acting as a shop for my main site. It is this second site that I set up Mystile theme and Woocommerce. I want to feature a video on my product page, and installed the plug in. But I get a message on the plugin page of the shop site, saying I need to first install and activate the WooCommerce plugin. Which I have, doing a network wide activation from admin. But for some reason the video plugin won’t work. Any solutions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
