 * Hey all.
 * Im thinking of starting up a photo / video blog for my nephew and have been looking
   around for plugins for photo / video integration.
 * I’ve found some good photo plugins that allow you to upload photos from your 
   computer and host them your self on your web space and display them like a photo
   album.
 * However i havent been able to find any decent video plugins that would allow 
   me to upload videos from my computer and have them auto convert to a format the
   player supports and allow me to host them my self on my sites storage.
 * The ones i have found all link to other video sharing sites such as youtube, 
   and then link to your site.
 * Does anyone know any that will allow me to upload, convert and auto embed the
   video? even possibly have them sorted some way?
 * Have not bought my site space yet as i am sorting out my options before i do 
   it.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.
