    Can you post a link to the actual website? Screenshots are very difficult to troubleshoot.

    You’re using the Juna IT video gallery for the pop-up window and my plugin for the video player. I don’t have the Juna IT video gallery so I don’t know how it works, but it seems like most of your videos are 4:3 and the Juna gallery is only opening 16:9 windows. If you can change the Juna settings to open 4:3 popup windows that might solve your problem. I’m also having a problem playing any of the videos. The files don’t seem to exist.
