    Hi.
On the normal PC browser it’s working fine. When I scroll to the embedded video it starts to play automatically. Great.
But it’s not working on my iPhone. When I scroll to the video I see only the first frame of the video. It doesn’t start to play.

    What I’m doing wrong?

What you are doing wrong is you did not read the sticky post and you provided zero information to help you.

@nico23 what kind of reply is that? That was extremely rude, ignorant, and terrible customer service. I am having the same issue and what this ridiculous solved or at least an explanation.

Posting a link to free support isn’t offering us any help or identifying and fixing issue. Please provide us with a resolution to the issue with full detail.

If you refuse to use the support site that is hand coded by me to ask the right questions on a specific form and is moderated and controlled by me. If you do not accept the reasons I do not give support here then you will not get any help.

Scrolling to a video and having it autoplay then is not an intended feature and “not working” is NOT a correct explanation for this issue. You know how annoying these “not working” questions are. With absolutely no information at all. At least you got me to reread the question. Sounds like asking for a feature that is not possible was never claimed to be in the plugin and not “not working”. Or what does “first frame of the video” mean exactly? No example link … nothing. That is why I hate this forum. AFAIK I can not provide a post template. But there are guidelines on how to ask for help and nobody, including you two does read them! I am pretty sure they say put as many into the question as possible.

Mobile browsers prevent autoplay and scrolling to a video and having it autoplay on scroll it not possible and is prevented by browsers vendors.

If this is about the “inview lazyload” feature from the pro add-on I would not even be allowed to give support here …

How rude are you author!!!!!!!!!!! I would never even think to buy anything from you!

UKR sooo rude. Asking for people to use the support site for FREE support and giving some basic information – super rude!
