video not working: hot to set autoplay to muted?

    Hi,

    the video stopped playing on chrome and safari and i’ve been told is done because of autoplay set to true. how to set the video autoplay to muted so it could be allowed to be reproduced?

    Hi, can you share the shortcode you are using?

    Also did you enable Autoplay in the plugin settings?

    Hi, what happens if you remove the following parameter autoplay=”true” from the shortcode?

    Also make sure you have not enabled the following feature Autoplay in the plugin.
