    Hello, need help with showing my video when I am viewing as a customer as it is now appearing when I am signed out on the back end. Seems to work on mobile but on desktop private browser does not show the video. Thank you

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your product and found the video size is big and your server response slow. So before using video in the product please compress the video.

    When you reload the page video direct appears from the browser cache and if you check in a private browser the video takes time to load.
