Video not playing from thumbnail

Can anyone tell me why the thumbnail on my homepage at http://golftoursabroad.com won’t launch the video URL? The thumb is linked to a post that has a Youtube Video. When the thumb is clicked on the home page it expands to a larger image of the video & player but it doesn’t seem to have the URL connected hence the video doesn’t run.

I asked my site host to add a thumbnail to the home page which would link to videos so visitors could click on the video thumb on the home page and watch the latest video from our video post category. I’ve noted that the code in the ‘box’ is linked to ‘News & Articles’ and that they’ve made Video’s a dual category. I was wondering if an box of code should be included that relates purely to ‘Videos’.
