# Video not loading

 * Hi, everything looks great on preview, but it doesn’t show up on my desktop. 
   I tried on my mobile, and I can now see it, except for the video. It is a huge
   space left where the video should be. Can you let me know if I’ve missed anything?

 * Hello there, I checked your website and I cannot see nothing wrong with it – 
   except the video does not start – the black screen comes actually from your video
   first frame! 🙂
 * But it is fully loaded without any errors and all seems correct.
 * I believe the issue is that even when I try to play your video [http://www.smcentral.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/System-697.mp4](http://www.smcentral.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/System-697.mp4)
   it doesn`t start and there is only black screen too.
 * Unfortunately I don`t know what what caused that – I would suggest try to upload
   the video again to your WordPress – maybe it is broken – or you can always upload
   it to YouTube (even as a private video) and play it from there..
 * Sorry I couldn`t help you to resolve the issue right away!
