# Video not loading

 * Hello!
 * I tried using your plugin for my website, but something seems to be wrong. I´
   m using a very simple theme (blankslate), so i´m really wondering what could 
   be wrong. The links to the videos work fine, i can set an overlay that shows 
   up, but no video-playback.
 * Would be really thankful for any help!

 * are you sure? I have a animated Gif on my homepage, so that could be confusing
   😉
 * I have tested my website on many different computers, but i can´t see the video
   anywhere.

 * Hi there thahn,
 * Sorry for the late reply. I took a closer look at your code again and the video
   is playing, with the animated .gif in the center. There are also no errors in
   console, which suggest there are no errors with Video Background loading on the
   page.
 * Can you elaborate on the types of devices you were using and resolutions?
